Working in a stressful job, Susie Gale was constantly plagued with lower back and neck pain when it was recommended she tried Body Control Pilates. From the first class she was hooked and became such an avid ‘disciple’ that she dropped out of the corporate world and re-trained as a Body Control Pilates Teacher.
BCP is internationally recognised as a benchmark for safe and effective teaching of the highest quality. The BCPA, the membership body for all BCP teachers, is Europe’s foremost professional body for teachers. All BCPA members work to a laid-down Code of Practice governing teaching standards, professional ethics and continuing education.
Some 16 years later, Susie has a thriving business, teaching group classes, private and corporate clients across the UK & Europe. She has links in South East Spain and has taught workshops and private retreats at the world famous sports and leisure resort, La Manga Club. She also teaches on Mind & Body holidays for two specialist travel companies in the UK & Europe.
Relocating in 2017 from Cheshire, she has fulfilled a dream of having her own fully-equipped studio in stunning surroundings.
Her classes are taught with precision but more importantly, with a sense of humour!
